Arrive early: To get the most benefit from your treatment, plan on arriving at least 20 minutes before your appointment.
Relax: Let the serene music, soft lighting, fragrant oils and the peaceful and quiet setting of our Spa embrace you and calm your mind before your treatment.
Communicate: with your therapist. This is your time and you should enjoy it to the fullest. We are dedicated to making sure you have the best experience possible. It is important for you to make us aware of any health problems, allergies or physical limitations you may have. It is always advisable to check with your physician prior to any treatments.
Be thankful: Thank yourself for taking the time to rejuvenating your body, mind and spirit. Feel gratitude for the healing power of human touch by your therapist. You pay us the highest compliment when you recommend our spa to a friend, family member or colleague.
Living Ritual: Make your spa treatments a regular part of your life. Notice how re-energized your feel after the treatment, and how long that healthy, tranquil, stress-free feeling lasts.
What to Bring: Please wear whatever is comfortable for you. Our professional therapists are trained in proper draping techniques to respect your privacy and comfort at all times. Most of our body and massage treatments are best enjoyed without clothing. However, you may disrobe to your own comfort level. Those of you enjoying a hydrotherapy treatment or the steam room, may want to bring a bathing suit. Hallways and common areas are used by men and women.
Amenities: To enhance your spa experience we provide any spa wear required for your treatments.
What to Leave at Home: Jewelry can get in the way of a massage or body application, we suggest that you leave valuables at home, as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.
Gratuity: It is customary to pay 15 -20% gratuity for spa services. Cash gratuity envelopes are available at our front desk or you may add a gratuity to any form of payment.
SPA POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Reservations: In order to enjoy the best selection of spa treatments and services we highly recommend that you make advanced reservations; however, please feel free to contact us anytime and we will do our best to accommodate to you. A credit card is required to secure your appointment. Our front desk staff can help you plan the perfect spa experience, including the best order for your treatments.
Cancellations: We strictly adhere to the Spa cancellation policy. As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, please provide 24 hour notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations in less than 24 hours and “no-shows” will be charged 100% of the treatment price. Scheduling an appointment is an acknowledgement of these terms. We appreciate your understanding.
Restrictions: The Spa is designed for adult use, or those 15-17 years if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We respectfully request that you leave pagers and cell phones turned off. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct.
Contraindications to Treatment: It is advised to avoid alcohol consumption prior to a massage or body treatment. If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, it is imperative that you inform the Spa Coordinator at time of booking and your Therapist prior to treatment.
Series: Take advantage of the savings opportunity by purchasing treatments in series.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are available in any denomination and can be used to purchase any service or product.
PAYMENTS: We accept US currency, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Prices and policies are subject to change without notice. Payment Programs are available for more extensive treatments. Please discuss your requirements with our front desk staff.

Guarantee/Refund Policy: We guarantee your satisfaction with products up to 14 days from the date of purchase with a receipt.
