These classes were mindfully selected to offer you a balanced fitness program for the body, mind and spirit. Each compliment the other with a different emphasis and style.

Our classes are for people of all ages and most states of health. Yoga is not in the least competitive – you’ll be encouraged to honor your body’s wisdom and to enjoy the stretches, postures, meditation and deep relaxation at your own pace and level of ability. Our certified instructors work closely with each student to assist with proper body alignment and movement postures. Breathing techniques are introduced, as well as mental and physical relaxation.

Hatha Yoga – A toning and strengthening workout for people who desire a gentle yoga flow. (Beginner)

Vinyasa Yoga – A very challenging and dynamic cardio workout that is sure to make you break a sweat (Beginner to Intermediate).

Belly Dancing (Beginner and Intermediate classes) 6 week program meets every Monday. Sign up early for next series as class fills quickly. 6 week session $90.

Exotic Dancing Learn the art of exotic dancing for everyday women. Call for class schedule and fees.

PLEASE RESPECT THESE GUIDELINES

Preparing for classes - If you are a new student, it is important to meet the teacher, fill out a new student information form and discuss any injuries, illnesses or issues past or present.

Arrive 15 minutes early to register. Drink plenty of water before class. Be sure to come with an empty stomach, no food at least one hour before class. Bring a bath-size towel and a bottle of water and a mat for yoga classes. Wear comfortable loose fitting clothes. Store your shoes in the shoe racks provided. Arrive fragrance free.
